Kelly W. Edenfield
Clinical Associate Professor, University of Georgia
Dr. Edenfield currently works with prospective and practicing mathematics teachers on how to provide meaningful, engaging learning opportunities to students in grades PK-12.
About
I taught high school mathematics for eight years, serving as a co-department chair of a twenty-plus member mathematics department for four of those years. After earning her PhD at the University of Georgia, I taught for two years at Kennesaw State University.

Pursuing a new dream, I joined the Carnegie Learning, Inc., professional learning team, providing content and pedagogical professional development in 25 states. Eventually, I joined the Instructional Design team and co-authored the 2017 Middle School Mathematics Series.
In 2017, I began "living the dream" teaching at my alma mater, the University of Georgia. I strive to prepare thoughtful, reflective mathematics teachers who are ready to be change-agents in their schools and for their students.
